Concrete Resurfacing Reviews

I was going to give a neutral 3 stars to them but when i did these guys started hassling me texting calling. Now i seriously doubt how many of the 171 reviews are genuine. Quoted a job over the phone for resurfacing the driveway fixed a price and date then when they were told to do an inspection of the site to ensure no issues arise they came and started talking about variations the following day etc. The whole attitude was less than acceptable. After that they have the audacity to say that this is a fake review I have uploaded their insurance and texts also have cctv footage and audio from their attendance. Steer clear. Photos attached in response to the claim they make this is a fake review and their threats of defamation.

Working with George to get my Driveway resurfaced was the best experience I had in Australia so far when it comes to get things done in the house…. As soon as George was aware of my Urgency to get the driveway resurfaced… He was so quick to accommodate the job into his busy busy calendar… Right from the start to the finish…. I was so impressed by George’s efficiency to respond to my texts… This is probably the first job that I have got done for my house where I didn’t have to follow up even once…. Zac finished the job before time & did an amazing job with my driveway…. It looks so good & has definitely changed the look of my entire house… And to top it all…. It was very reasonably priced as compared to all the other driveway companies I contacted… If I could… I will definitely give more than 5 stars for such a top notch service I received. After researching numerous providers, I decided to work with George to resurface our driveway. He was super attentive and well priced. We had a very dated and damaged pebblecrete driveway, which needed to blend in with a number of newer slabs that were replaced by Council. I was a bit nervous about how it would turn out, but George was a perfectionist. His prep work and attention to detail was just excellent, and we couldn't be more happy with the result. I saw Royal concrete resurfacing at a place at curl curl and asked for details . The man gave me a card and I contacted them. The quote was seemless - a photo and email quote . Then a date was organised and they came and did a brilliant job of making my driveway so much better . We live on a main road and we have a great backyard/ pool which only we see so now the front yard and driveway look superb . Thanks to Royal concrete for your communication and work on the day , all for a very reasonable price .

Happy with not only the end result but also all the lead up. George was extremely patient and reliable in all his comms leading up to and after the work. Originally provided a 6-8 weeks time frame however work was complete after 1 week of paying deposit due to an opening.

Absolutely amazing job. George and his teams attention to detail was First Class. They transformed my tired old stencilled concrete into a work of art. Couldn't be happier with the result.
